📦 Shipping Policy – Hello Good Friend

At Hello Good Friend, every item is handmade with care just for you. Below is everything you need to know about how your order makes its way from our studio to your doorstep.

🛠 Processing Time

  • Each order is custom-made. Please allow 7-10 business days for production before shipping.

  • During busy seasons (holidays, sales, etc.), processing time may be slightly longer. If there are any delays, you'll be notified right away.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the method selected at checkout:

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time (U.S.)

  • Standard 3–7 business days

  • Expedited 2–3 business days

  • Priority/Express1–2 business days

  • International shipping options may also be available. Delivery times vary by location.

💌 Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

🌍 International Shipping

  • International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • Shipping times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

📬 Incorrect Address or Lost Packages

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address provided by the customer.

  • If a package is lost or delayed in transit, let us know and we’ll do our best to help locate it or work on a solution.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or something is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right!
