3. Product Information & Handmade Nature

Each item is individually handmade, which means slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur—this is part of their unique charm.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time and design approval.
We reserve the right to decline custom requests that are inappropriate or outside the scope of our style.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices or correct errors at any time.
Payment is required at checkout, and orders will not begin processing until payment is completed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping Policy for detailed information on processing times, shipping methods, and tracking.
Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delays or damages in transit are outside our control—though we'll do our best to help resolve any issues.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the handmade and often personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or cancellations on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
For non-custom items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
If your order arrives damaged or with an error, please contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, photos, products, and written content on this site belong to Hello Good Friend and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use, share, resell, or reproduce any content without written permission.
